Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair service.  Then inform your hair stylist before you leave the salon, and it will be corrected. Once you are completely satisfied with your hair service and payment is made via cash or credit/debit card.  You will be required to sign and date this form indicating you are completely satisfied with your hair service.  No refunds or hair corrections will be given after this form is signed.  Thank You!
